YOU MUST BE:

• Proactive in communication
• Analytical
• Good in Math
• QA the CSVs and find loopholes
• Computer literate/techy
• Knows or has experience with Quickbooks
• Good communication skills both written and oral

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The accounts payable specialist should anticipate a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Day-to-day processing of invoices, statement reconciliations
• Will have an appropriate sense of urgency, value clear and consistent communication
• Surf Billers/vendors websites and find the transaction, statements etc
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoicing and reconciliation
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Ensures client records(CSVs files) are maintained accurately, and payables balances are as current and accurate as possible

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
