Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in data entry, annotation, or content moderation. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through various channels promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry, annotation, or content moderation tasks as required.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed information.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and meet daily performance metrics.
- Handle routine customer service tasks while providing exceptional support.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Prior experience in data entry, annotation, or content moderation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Committed, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Day Shift (Philippine Time)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or a similar schedule.
