- Effectively oversee the sales funnel, consistently securing new consulting sessions to
- meet monthly sales objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and organization of internal and external client information and
- records.
- Coordinate meetings and handle invoicing processes
- Lead projects encompassing research, budgeting, planning, vendor management, and the development of creative assets.
- Contribute to project presentations.
- Participate in Zoom meetings, capturing detailed notes when required.
- Collaborate with essential internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the coordination of ancillary projects.
- Oversee a range of administrative responsibilities, such as coordinating travel arrangements, generating reports, organizing meetings, planning events, handling invoicing, and managing personal tasks.
- Ensure prompt and efficient management and follow-up of internal and external communications via email and phone.
- Navigate shifting priorities and deadlines with adept balance.
- Proactively anticipate and address client’s needs.
- Effectively handle sensitive and intricate calendars, resolving conflicting demands,
- coordinating meeting logistics, and providing essential documentation.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Willingness to adapt and receive feedback.
- Highly confidential and discrete style of work.
- Update and maintain the filing system.
- Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated a high level of business acumen and the ability to make judicious decisions.
- Customer service orientation with a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Self-reliant with the capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proactive and action and resolution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in advanced writing and communication skills.
