JOB DESCRIPTION: EXECUTIVE – CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Position: Campaign Management Executive
Reports To: Revenue Department, PMO
Description
Zalora is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Campaign Management Executive to support our Campaign Management team. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic support in campaign planning and execution. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion e-commerce and a strong interest in digital marketing and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support & Campaign Coordination:

• Assist in the preparation of campaign calendar & external campaign decks.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents needed for team meetings and presentations.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns to drive high Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication and alignment between internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial) and external stakeholders.

2. Data Management and Analysis:

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as NMV, PC1, and CR%.
• Continuously monitor asset efficiency to ensure the optimization of banner design and placement for improved campaign performance.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations that showcase campaign results and provide insights for future strategies.

3. Creative and Strategic Support:

• Support in researching trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of campaign strategies.
• Assist in supporting the organization’s strategies, such as the depletion of aged inventory or driving growth for identified categories through campaigns.

4. Communication and Relationship Building:

• Act as a point of contact between the Campaign Management team and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Workspace, and familiarity Photoshop is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
• Passion for fashion, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
