Job Requirements:
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or Hub Spot.
● Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tactics, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
● Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms to support marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:
- Experience
- Minimum of 2.5 years in a similar marketing or CRM specialist role.
- Proficiency in using the Active Campaign platform, including:
- Building sequences
- Creating workflows
- Developing chat flows
- Generating reports
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- High problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative in tasks and projects.
- Assertive communication style to convey ideas and feedback confidently.
- Understanding of Zapier software (highly preferred).

Core responsibilities:
- Marketing Management
- Utilize Active Campaign to manage all marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain chat flows within Active Campaign to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Generate custom reports and analyze data within Active Campaign to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on Active Campaign’s latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
- The candidate should be credibly familiar with Active Campaign CRM and able to maintain it, copy and paste relevant information, and accommodate current clients of the business.
- The hired candidate does not need to be an expert in Active Campaign but should have a good awareness and familiarity with the CRM.
- The client is available to teach and onboard the hired candidate on any aspects of the CRM that they may not know yet.
