Job Requirements:
- Experience in outbound prospecting: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 5 + years experience.
- Strong research skills: Ability to research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with sales tools: Familiarity with CRM software, lead databases, Linked In, and other sales and marketing tools for lead management.
- Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and nurturing leads.
- Data management skills: Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to track performance.
- Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales objectives.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify and qualify leads, using tools like CRM software and Linked In.
- Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to gather information and uncover sales opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments, coordinating calendars and ensuring high attendance rates.
- Nurture leads by maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Manage and update lead databases, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and enhance messaging and targeting strategies.
