The CS (Construction Supplies) Sales and Marketing Representative's (SMR) main responsibility is to ensure sustainable sales growth in his territory for JDI products. The SMR will be able to achieve this through a sensible balance of:

• Sales to business partners and customers Retailers and Key Influencers
• Targeted distribution
• Marketing events
• Product knowledge
• Market Analysis and Planning
• Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with clients and channels of assignment.
• Assist Jardine Distribution Inc's (JDI) Dealer Network in the move out of stocks via demand creation activities.
• Assisting Dealers, Sub Dealers and their sales representatives to push the products to Retailers, Key Influencers and End Users.
• Conducting Marketing events at a consistent high quality.
• Ensuring that the customers possess the right product knowledge.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Sales and Marketing background in the Construction Industry is an advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Good Communication, Analytical and Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Inter-personal and Driving Skills.
• Candidate must be a team player, confident, resourceful and pro-active.
• Must be willing to do field work.
• Driver's license is a must.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
