DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reports to the Documentation Supervisor.
2. Classifies and computes accurate duties and taxes.
3. Lodgment of import entries to e2m.
4. Submission of import documents to BOC portal, monitoring of status and immediate coordination of additional requirements as needed.
5. Consolidation and preparation of SGL re-entry documents.
6. Performs other related duties from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:A graduate of BS Customs Administration.
A Licensed Customs Broker.
With work-related experience in handling customs clearance with keen understanding of Port regulations and practices.
Keen to details.
With good oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate especially in MS Excel.
Dedicated, results oriented, responsible, hardworking and with strong interpersonal skills.
