Role Description
Handle the timely pick-up and/ or delivery of shipment based on Job Order as well as on coordination with our Docs and Operations Officer status of pick- up and delivery of cargoes.
1. Receive Job Order and Instructions from the Docs and Ops Officer
2. Follow the SOP of the Department
3. Deliver/ Pick- up cargo on time
4. Check the condition of the truck (Isuzu Travis) before pick-up and/or delivery and ensure cleanliness of the truck and report any issues and problems on truck and parking lot to Docs and Ops Officer.
5. Report location and status of pick-up and/or delivery as required.
6. Ensure that the number of items/ cargo is based on the packing list/ documents.
7. Ensure that the cargo is in good condition from pick-up point to delivery point.
8. Report any traffic violations, accidents or injuries to department head immediately.
9. Hand over the delivery receipt to Doc and Ops Officer after delivery is complete.
10. Attend the regular meeting of the Department
11. Adhere to company policy.
Qualifications

• At least High School graduate
• Driver's License Restriction is 1, 2, 3 or A,B,C
• Can drive Canter trucks and/ or Isuzu Travis
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route
• Must be trustworthy
• With related experience
