JOB TITLE: Delivery Helper

SUPERVISOR: Head Logistic Dispatcher
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to assist our delivery drivers in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle.
2. Ensure that all products are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
3. Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and communicate any discrepancies to the driver or dispatch.
4. Assist with navigating routes and maintaining efficient delivery schedules.
5. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the delivery driver or supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is preferred.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
6. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.
