Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dining Crew / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers while handling cash and electronic transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the register and ensure correct change is given.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and serve orders as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service and cash handling role is required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- At least a college undergrat / vocational graduate or equivalent
