Dining staff members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
- Assist with customer inquiries and special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining managers to meet guest needs.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and menu items.
Pay: From Php645.00 per day
