QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Proficient in driving both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
• Familiarity with the regions of Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Aurora.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with distributors to improve market saturation in designated areas.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize distribution and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
