The Driver is responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations on time. The driver must ensure vehicle maintenance, follow traffic laws, and deliver excellent customer service during transport operations.
II. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers or goods while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues for repairs.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Handle loading/unloading of goods or materials and ensure secure transport.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery reports.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class (e.g., car, etc.).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous experience as a driver is an advantage.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings (if applicable).
