Driver Onboarding Specialist - 40175-1

Driver Documentation: Verify, and process documents required for driver onboarding/activation, including background checks, regulatory records, and other pertinent information.
System Setup: Input driver information into our internal systems (if non-self-serve), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Set up profiles, schedules, and any necessary account details where necessary.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all drivers meet regulatory and company-specific requirements before activation. This includes verifying licenses, insurance, and vehicle standards.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of onboarding sessions and training programs for new drivers. Provide ongoing support to drivers throughout the onboarding process.
Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for new drivers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
Reporting and Feedback: Maintain records of driver onboarding progress and provide reports to the Driver Onboarding Manager. Collect feedback from new drivers to improve the onboarding process.
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative, driver or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google and Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
