ROLE SUMMARY
The Equipment Supervisor is responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment. The position has a critical role in connecting field operations with the maintenance organization, helps in minimizing downtime and failure rates and maximizes equipment productivity.
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducts inspection of equipment at their designated areas and project sites.
• Supervises erection, dismantling, and telescoping of equipment in a safety manner.
• Responsible in maintaining all operational equipment.
• Maintains and monitors record of all equipment.
• Implements schedule of equipment preventive maintenance.
• Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected and is calibrated based on the manufacturer's recommendations or company standard.
• Properly implements the company’s safety and security program at all times.

Educational Attainment:

• MUST be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

• At least a minimum of Five (5) years experience in vertical construction projects or high-rise buildings
• Knowledgeable of vertical equipment operation.
• Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal
• Can start ASAP.
