Job Overview
As a Sales Agent Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of sales agents, ensuring they achieve and surpass sales targets set by our partner distributors. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales agents, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Actively participate in refining and optimizing the sales process to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by upskilling and training sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and refer top-performing sales agents for recognition and advancement opportunities.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to select the most qualified sales agents for team assignments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a sales agent supervisor within the FMCG distribution industry, with a track record of leading teams of at least 5 members.
• Has background with small to medium sized Sari-Sari Stores.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel around Quezon City, Valenzuela or anywhere within Metro Manila
• Ideally has own bike/car/motorcycle
• Fluent in Tagalog

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
