Responsibilities

• Provide personalized wealth planning services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring their financial goals are understood and met.
• Identify potential corporate accounts, establish relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Attend regular sales training sessions to stay updated with the latest market trends and report progress to the Agency Leader.
• Actively seek and recruit top-performing insurance agents in Metro Manila and nearby cities, ensuring a constant influx of talent.
• Keep a close eye on daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Bancassurance, Agency, Broker)
• Valid Insurance Commission License is a must.
• Candidates must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Bank Relationship Officers/Managers are welcome to apply.
