Job Overview
The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in providing high-quality decision support, focusing on management reporting and financial analysis to enhance performance and decision-making across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive financial success.
Your Responsibilities:

Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly management reports for the region, ensuring accuracy and clarity for effective decision-making.
Trend Analysis: Assist in the preparation of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) snowball analysis, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
Budget Development: Support the development of the annual regional budget through a bottom-up approach, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with regional business units to monitor financial performance and ensure financial targets are met, providing support and guidance as needed.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis as required by management, delivering timely and relevant financial insights.
Reporting Tool Integration: Assist in the integration of reporting tools, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and developing standard reports and performance metrics.

What our Client is Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related fields.
CPA or equivalent professional accountancy qualification, or currently working towards completion.
3-4 years of experience in Management Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); experience in a Saa S (Software as a Service) business is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, along with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a proactive and adaptable work environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure the timely delivery of reports and analysis.
