BASIC FUNCTION


Position Overview


This position is part of the Sales FP&A team providing support to sales and focuses on providing analysis, forecasting and analyzing financial results. They are key business partners with the sales team and will work with them in a collaborative manner. This is a dynamic position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, process, operational and strong communication skills; combined with strong business acumen. This person will be part of a team with other analysts and/or senior analysts providing guidance and input from finance to our sales leaders and teammates.


What you’ll do at Insight

• Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to business partners and Executive leadership
• Provide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions
• Assist in creating and updating both revenue and cost and OPEX budgets (Expense, Headcount, etc.)
• Assist in creating process improvements and provide recommendations
• Assist in the creation of internal reports and dashboards
• Gather and organize semi-complex financial data and information
• Analyze and interpret financial data for use in management reviews
• Identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts
• Various ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

What you'll need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting function
• 2 years’ experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis or developing
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge
• Ability to articulate revenue and operating expense fluctuations through written communication
• Experience manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
• Experience with Power BI a plus
• Amenable to work in a night shift and in Pasig for a hybrid set-up.
