INTRODUCTION
HISTORY
Gentry International School was founded in 2008. The school initially started off as an English as a Second Language tutorial center, located at the Korean Town in Angeles City. Now, it is situated CM Recto Highway, Clark Freeport, Pampanga.
Gentry International School has been accredited by the Department of Education, Republic of the Philippines. It offers programs for Preschool to Grade 12.
SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
GIS is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built school located in the Clark Special Economic Zone. The design includes a library, culinary laboratory, science laboratory, play area for preschoolers, audio-visual rooms, indoor swimming pool, and a sports hall.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school’s curriculum program and reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.
· Prepare instructional materials and resources tailored to the needs of individual students.
· Deliver lessons that engage students and meet their academic and language proficiency needs.
· Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
· Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
· Design and administer assessments to evaluate students’ progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
· Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
· Identify students’ learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
· Provide extra support to students who are struggling and create individualized learning plans as necessary.
· Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional program and share teaching strategies.
· Communicate regularly with the advisers, guidance counselor, academic head, and school head, regarding student progress and any concerns.
· Attend and contribute to staff meetings and school events as required.
· Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration. Maintain accurate and complete records as required by law, school policy, and administrative regulations.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
SALARY, INCENTIVE, AND ALLOWANCE
a.) FILIPINO INSTRUCTOR – maximum of 25, 000 pesos per month (IELTS,TOEFL)
b.) FOREIGN TEACHER – 50,000 UP TO 60,000 pesos per month
(Majoring in English, Mathematics, Science, can teach TOEFL, SAT and AP courses)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Filipino citizen
- Filipino teachers who have citizenship in the five eyes countries (America, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia)
- Foreign nationals who are from the five eyes countries and are residing in the Philippines
- Must be a degree holder (related subject)
- Native pronunciation will be an additional point
- More than two years teaching experience will be an additional point
- Who can work more than one year
- No criminal records
