Front Desk Receptionist

CONTRACT

- Greet and welcome guests, occupants, and employees in a friendly manner
- Entertain guest/occupant/employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints with appropriate follow-up as necessary
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect to concerned office as needed
- Provide pre-arrival support for visitors and record their details
- Submit records of visitors (entry/exit details) at the end of the day
- Facilitate VIP guest handling
- Operate Meralco Lopez Building parking paging system
- Provide visitor assistance during special events (e.g., stockholders meeting, board meeting)
- College Graduate of any course (Tourism or related course preferred)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- With customer service background preferred but not required.
- With at least 5'4 height is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people-oriented o Cheerful, friendly with easygoing personality
- Able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
- Polite and courteous manner of speaking
- With strong communication skills and proficient in English
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
