Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist role combines guest services, administrative, accounting, and sales reporting responsibilities. The Receptionist is a professional who manages the front desk of an organization. They are usually the first point of contact for customers with the following responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greeting customers and attending to customer needs (inquiries, reservation and walk in services & assisting to respective rooms).
2. Answering phone calls and assisting customer inquiries in a professional and respectful way.
3. Maintaining the reception area including cleanliness and supply availability.
4. Accurate and proper recording of all data from customers and processing of payments.
5. Must be able to conduct preopening procedures and closing procedures and act as cashiers as well.
6. Must be knowledgeable of the Point of Sale being used by the Spa.
7. Must be able to assist customer from reception up to other amenities of the spa.
8. Must be able to be cross trained to other departments of the Spa and knowledgeable of the task.
9. Familiarization of the products and services offered by the Spa & upsell to customers.
10. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
11. And other duties that is assigned or instructed by the Management.
Administrative
- Assists in office support work such as filing, photocopying or liaison tasks (delivery of documents/items)
- Performing purchasing activities.
Accounting & Finance
· Prepare checks and vouchers, consolidation and collection of daily sales and payments.
· Manage payroll and assist in billing and Collections.
· Maintain accounting records and assist with financial reporting.
· Ensure compliance with government regulations.
· Handle bookkeeping for related entities.
· Handle and Monitor Inventory.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Educational Requirements
● At least College Graduate.
Minimum Experience Requirements
● Minimum of One (1) year experience is required.
● Knowledgeable in Guest services and Customer Oriented.
● Good written and verbal communications skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
