Job Title: Garments Sewer

As we continue to grow, we are in search of skilled and dedicated Garments Sewers to join our dynamic team in Cainta, Rizal.
Responsibilities:
Sewing Custom Polo Shirts, Custom Jackets, and Corporate Uniforms:

• Operate sewing machines to produce high-quality garments according to specifications.
• Ensure accuracy in cutting, stitching, and finishing to meet design standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets.
• Weekly payout on a per-piece rate basis.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and address any defects or issues in the production process.

Workplace Safety:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while operating sewing machines.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth production flow.
• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to understand garment specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Garments Sewer especially with collars and plackets.
• Ability to operate sewing machines and equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality garments.
• Familiarity with different fabrics and sewing techniques.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
