Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Go High Level (GHL) Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GHL, automation, , as well as proficiency in managing email marketing , calendar, and client communications. This role involves managing and setting up various processes and automations within GHL.
Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Appointment Management:
• Set up and manage calendars, appointments, and client communication.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring no conflicts and smooth operations.
• Email Marketing & Automation:
• Create and implement email automations, including tags, segmentation, and workflows.
• Set up and manage GHL email marketing campaigns, including integration with Mailgun.
• Create GHL snapshots, customizations, and automations for lead funnels and client journeys.
• Contact Management:
• Import and manage contacts in GHL, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
• Manage segmentation and tagging for targeted email and SMS campaigns.
• Website & Funnel Building:
• Build, customize, and maintain websites on GHL and Word Press.
• Design, develop, and deploy GHL automation funnels to support lead generation and conversion.
• GHL Web Chat Marketing & SMS Campaigns:
• Set up GHL web chat marketing to engage and convert website visitors.
• Design and implement SMS campaigns through GHL using Twilio integrations.
• Customer Support & Feedback Management:
• Provide customer support, handling inquiries and responding to client feedback.
• Ensure clients receive timely responses and manage customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a GHL VA with advanced knowledge of Go High Level platform.
• Experience with Word Press, GHL automation, and funnel building.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, integration, and email automation.
• Knowledge of web chat, SMS marketing, and Twilio integrations in GHL.
• Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Suite required) and video editing (preferred but optional).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional CRM and automation tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
