Store Supervisors have a duty so that the scope of their work runs safely and does not interfere with the safety of employees. Supervisors also have responsibility for the work of their subordinate staff to management.

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• To determine what type of work will be done in the short & long term, and the supervisor is required to set up a priority list of jobs and executing them accordingly.
• The supervisors are responsible to provide the job to the team according to the abilities of the staff/subordinates.
• Conducting briefings or meetings with subordinates for the smooth running of tasks.
• Supervisors are required to enforce the rules that have been made by the company and agreed upon with their subordinates.
• To monitor and evaluate the work of his subordinates.
• To maintain clean and tidy store areas
• Make a complete and detailed sales report regarding the store which will be submitted to the finance team accordingly
• Make a complete and detailed report for any damage in the store which will be submitted to the project team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
