We’re looking for meticulous and detailed Hotel Product Specialists to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:

• Transfer hotel data accurately and efficiently from the hotel website to an internal back office system
• Verify hotel information by cross-referencing with source documents
• Load hotel information such as room types, amenities, facilities, hotel board types, images etc.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving input discrepancies
• Load hotel contracts into the back office
• Perform additional assigned duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on site
• Must be willing to work night shift
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel, hospitality, travel industry
• Knowledge of hotel industry practices and contract terms
• Familiarity with booking platforms is a plus
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion
