Recruitment
· Assist in end-to-end process of recruitment
(Screening of Applicants, Onboarding, Employment Verification, NHOP, Maintain 201 Files up to Exit)
Compensation and Benefits
· Assist in processing of Government Remittances, Mandated Benefits and Company Benefits.
Employee and Labor Relations
· Provide assistance and support in implementing employee relations programs.
· Assist in handling Labor Issues (Preparation of NTE, Investigation, Admin Hearing, etc.)
Training and Development
· Assist in the conduct of annual training needs analysis
· Consolidation and monitoring of individual development plans, For Regularization etc.
*Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
QUALIFICATION:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must be multi-tasking, organized, flexible and pro-active.
· Has sense of confidentiality and urgency.
· Knowledgeable in MS Office application.
· Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,860.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
