Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking a motivated HR Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Delivery Specialist, you will effectively execute HR processes, perform analysis, and propose enhancements to our system. You will play a vital role in HR projects and manage relationships with our local vendors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Ericsson's forward-thinking culture and make a difference to our global team.
What you will do:

Do End to end administration of Leadership Development programs
Execution of Human Resources policies and processes
Deliver Human Resources services
Provide functional expertise
Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data

To be successful in the role you must have:

With experience in SAP Success Factors
At least 3-5 years working experience in HR Delivery
Above average verbal and written communication skills (this is a must, as the person will be dealing with high level stakeholders)
Above average analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in advanced Excel and automation an advantage
Experience in leadership and/or people management an advantage
Can work in a highly dynamic and collaborative work environment
Experience in reporting and analytics
