Key Responsibilities:
· Office Setup:
o Assist with the selection and setup of the new office location.
o Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations from day one.
· Recruitment:
o Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for office staff, including administration, operations, and other critical roles.
o Continuously recruit livestream hosts through various channels, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality talent.
· Employee Relations:
o Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
o Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
· Compliance:
o Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
o Manage contracts, employee benefits, and payroll administration.
· HR Support:
o Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the local context.
o Collaborate with the global HR team on talent strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in office setup and recruitment.
· Experience recruiting livestream hosts or media-related personnel is a strong advantage.
· Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
