HR Specialist - HRIS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting improvement plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Conduct user interviews, plant/office tours, process reviews, meetings, workshops for a full understanding of business requirements.
- Providing HRIS specifications based on business requirements or providing the combined functional and technical specifications.
- Work with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions.
- Assist users in pilot testing scenarios and testing activities.
- Ensuring that professional and appropriate communication with customers and project team members, and status reporting practices are followed for all project activities.
- Attending Project Meetings and user meetings.
- Review the accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
- Guide and motivate finance team to enhance productivity and revenue
- The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Psychology, business management, IT degree or communication degree.
- Knowledgeable in any HRIS System.
- Familiarity with all HR Facets.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Can work under pressure and independently with a team under minimal supervision
- Can travel across the Philippines as well as abroad
