DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documenting improvement plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
• Conduct user interviews, plant/office tours, process reviews, meetings, workshops for a full understanding of business requirements.
• Providing HRIS specifications based on business requirements or providing the combined functional and technical specifications.
• Work with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions.
• Assist users in pilot testing scenarios and testing activities.
• Ensuring that professional and appropriate communication with customers and project team members, and status reporting practices are followed for all project activities.
• Attending Project Meetings and user meetings.
• Review the accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
• Guide and motivate finance team to enhance productivity and revenue

Job Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Psychology, business management, IT degree or communication degree.
• Knowledgeable in any HRIS System.
• Familiarity with all HR Facets.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
• Can work under pressure and independently with a team under minimal supervision
• Can travel across the Philippines as well as abroad
