We need : (1) HR Section Manager
QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management
• Wide knowledge in all HR Facets
• 3 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Willing to be trained in Feedmill (Tarlac)
• Willing to do field works going to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao (Cebu, Davao, General Santos etc.)
• Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicles and possesses valid driver's license
• Flexible, highly adaptive and willing to learn
• Able to work in a multi-national working environment

JOB SUMMARY :

• In charge of Recruitment and Employee Relations and other HR related administrative tasks
• In charge of General Affairs tasks.
