Performs tasks of day-to-day activities related to HR recruitment such as: sourcing, screening and interview of applicants.

• Interview the applicants

• Look for applicants that fits to the vacant position.

• Handles the job postings.

• Handles the input of data needed from applicant and employees.

• Prescreens the applicants to determine the most qualified applicant for the vacant position.

• Responsible for contacting the applicant who passed the prescreening, interview and exams.

• Responsible for scheduling the interview of applicants to accommodate all applicants.

• Prepare the forms needed for the newly hired applicants.

• Responsible for establishing and compiling the files of the newly hired applicant.

• Responsible for sorting and reviewing the resumes of the applicants.

• Collecting the necessary information of the employee such as SSS number, Phil Health, Pag Ibig, etc.

• Ensures educational and company background and references are completed.
