We are looking for passionate and talented Human Resources Generalist Manager who wants to join our growing #iopexhappyatwork team.
As Human Resources Team Lead you will take ownership and help improve the #i OPEXhappyatworkteam of i OPEX Technologies Philippines from the hiring process, compensation and benefits, employer brand, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, and build strategic frameworks.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentoring.
• Support with all HR-related matters
• Develop and recommend strategies for process improvements.
• Assist with the company’s finances and monitoring
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Creates a positive work culture supporting employee engagement activities
• Develop and implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
• Guide the employee and company’s actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, communicating, and enforcing the company’s mission and vision
• Manage employee development plans and performance management, database and prepare reports
• Deliver and submit reports on general HR activity
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate of Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• Should have at least 1 to 2 years of leadership role
• Must have strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Must be willing to work on Mid/Night Shifts and Shifting Schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
