DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares turn-over reports of air-conditioning units after testing & commissioning performed by QAA Engineer and QAA Technician.
• Prepares and files confidential documents and ensures their safekeeping under lock-and-key.
• Filing of Inspection Reports and Turn-Over Reports.
• Preparation & processing of SAP documents for re-testing of equipment such as: Service Job Order and Billing and Invoice.
• Follow-up and update clients for collection and payment after completion of the re-testing of equipment.
• Prepare and send proposals for re-testing and re-addressing of AC units.
• Route and monitor all purchase requisition and payment order.
• Assist in monitoring of all Turn-over projects.
• Performs other office tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Must be proficient both in written and oral communication
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Experience in SAP system is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and good moral character.
