Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of workmanship in any project assigned.
• Quality control of the project.
• Project monitoring (Status & Progress)
• Submit necessary reports/accomplishment reports about your assigned task.
• Request accurate materials in the assigned projects.
• Assists project administration team in other project related activities such as but not limited to, coordination with project proponents, construction site administrators, suppliers, etc.
• Other instructions by the immediate supervisor.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

• Vocational/Diploma/Short Course Certificate in A/C
• 6 mos. working experience in the field of A/C repair and maintenance
• Holder of NC II Certificate
• Knowledgeable in heating, ventilation, & A/C (HVAC)
• Average oral & written communication skills
• Can work under min supervision using standardized practices and methods
• Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
• A natural team player but can work independently if needed.
• willing to do field work
