Job Description:

• Responsible in shipment, billing and section documentation control
• Verifies the accuracy of shipping documents, invoice, packing list and required government requirements before shipment
• In-charge in receiving , verifying and processing of billings from service providers
• Ensure that all documents are updated and registered (IMS)

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year Business course
• At least two (2) years of work experience in Import-Export in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge in navision system, Philippine custom rules and system documentation is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batangas
