Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in meeting the company target concerned procurement at a minimum possible cost while keeping the YMPH procurement standards on qualities and procedures.
• Guarantee the availability of stocks by ensuring the timely delivery of all procured materials based on production plan to avoid unnecessary delay of the company’s business operation
• In-charge in promoting local parts cost down activity (Cost analysis, N100 activity, VAVE)
• Communicate to suppliers with regards to all procurement activities including the company standard requirements, negotiation, delivery, suppliers’ evaluation etc.
• Prepare payment request for all delivered materials to avoid delays based on agreed payment terms
• Establish and maintain good relations with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial business deal

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Four (4) year Business Courses
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in procurement/purchasing a Manufacturing company
• Knowledge in Procurement operation
• Knowledge in material requirement planning and delivery management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS application
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batangas
