QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least graduate of in Business Administration, Customs Administration or other related courses.
• A minimum of 1 year work experience as a Customer Service on a freight forwarding company or in related field.
• Competent in communication and coordination skills.
• Possess experience in import sea/air shipment procedures, with experience on handling key customers.
• Has a team player mindset and open to team participation.
• Excellent understanding of international trade, shipping regulations, and documentation.
• With strong attention to detail and organized work ethics.
• Proficient in MS Office and thorough knowledge of computer software applications.

MAIN TASKS:

• Handle import freight forwarding activities & overseas logistics matters.
• Ability to problem-solve and proactively provide timely resolution to customer issues
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
• Other duties and assignments as may be assigned depending on candidate’s proficiency
