URGENT HIRING FOR IN-HOUSE LAWYER (PASIG CITY)
What we’re looking for…

• Member of Philippine Bar
• At least 3 years as In-House Lawyer with focus on Corporate Governance and Housekeeping
• Good analytical skills and sound legal judgment to support business needs
• Team player, with good interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Willing to work at Kapitolyo, Pasig City and readily available to join the company is an advantage

Summary of what you’ll be doing…

• The In-House Lawyer shall oversee and manage compliance to corporate legal requirements and provides legal guidance to Management ensuring corporate objectives and strategies are legally compliant. Further, he/she shall ensure drafting, review and maintenance of Business Contracts, Cases, Property Acquisitions and Corporate Business Permit.
