Job Accountability
To assess and evaluate the overall efficiency and reliability of the company's operations procedures and controls while supervising an audit team. Ensures day to day operations are executed according to schedule and customer requirement with financial consciousness.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Plans the internal audit annually.
2. Prepares audit program and itinerary for the internal audit activity.
3. Ensures that the QMS and SMS processes are established, implemented and maintained. This may involve review and planning of internal, quality and safety audits, discussion with process owners, or even review of the processes in person to ensure they are properly maintained.
4. Ensures compliance with the established internal audit procedure and compliance to health, safety and environmental standards.
5. Monitors non-conformance with the auditee's corrective action plans and its status.
6. Prepares timely, quality, accurate and complete audit summary report.
7. Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to immediate head accordingly.
8. Reports the findings and status during the management review meeting.
9. Involves in the preparation and continuous improvement of the company's process flow.
10. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities of the organization.
11. Collaborates with other internal departments for progress of projects.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. At least eight (8) year experience as an internal auditor. Preferably in construction/manufacturing industry.
3. Three (3) year experience in ISO 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 standard auditing.
4.Knowledgeable in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power point and Visio)
5. Knowledgeable in audit concepts, framework and methodologies.
6. With good oral and written skills.
7. Able to make tactical results driven decisions.
8. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
9. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.
