Job Accountability :
Ensures all IT-related requirements (hardware, software, security, infrastructure) are promptly served and made available to support the daily operations of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Achieves computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data, then identifying, evaluating and recommending the best course of action.
2. Evaluate vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives and ensuring software compatibility with company existing hardware and programs.
3. Ensures regular maintenance of the company’s communication and technical equipment, such as phone systems, computer systems, desktop computers, laptops, printers, network systems, and other equipment as needed.
4. Handles all technical issues and outages concerning the computer network including troubleshooting of computer hardware/software, and IT infrastructure of the company.
5. Creates company email addresses for new employees and suspends/backups/deletes company email address of exiting employees.
6. Ensures prompt deployment of functional computers and other peripherals in the Head Office and project sites.
7. Recommends and implements IT security measures.
8. Actively updates software, applies security patches, maintains and monitors all aspects of IT infrastructures of the company.
9. Maintains, monitors, and tracks the inventory of all IT assets and their location/s.
10. Monitors all software licenses and initiates renewal as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION :
1. At least 4 years’ experience in a similar technical support capacity.
2. A graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree course in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ore related course.
3. Experience in using administrative build tools and configuration management tools.
4. With fundamental knowledge of Windows Server, storage, database, network & security;
5. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
6. Ability to multi-task.
7. With in-depth understanding of most aspects of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Desktops Laptops, Switches, Printers, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and other IT related matters).
8. Knowledgeable in network protocols such as Domain Name System (DNS), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
9. Knowledgeable in closed-circuit television (CCTV) installation and configuration.
10. With interpersonal and relationship-building skills; and possess customer service orientation.
11. Good in both written and verbal communication.
12. Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical personnel.
13. Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, Fortinet.Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations, Google Workspace Administration, Systems, Applications and Products Business One (SAP B1) Administration.
14. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
15. Knowledge in Python, Google Appscript, and Structured Query Language (SQL) queries for automation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
