Description :
Prospect, cultivate, and manage online sales leads, ensuring a strong online presence.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
Monitor online customer feedback and be the voice of the brand, handling concerns.
Utilize CRM software to track sales and report metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales through web campaigns.
Stay current with online marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Work with a dynamic HR & Recruitment company, Bossjob, that leverages technology to connect professionals.

Requirements :
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an internet-focused environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software, excellent communication skills, adept in online marketing tactics, and strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers online, meet sales targets, manage customer accounts, develop sales strategies, and report on sales progress.
Working Conditions: Predominantly office-based with occasional travel for industry events; willingness to work occasional odd hours to accommodate different time zones.
Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, results-driven, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, and a keen understanding of internet sales dynamics.
