Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Inventory Analyst who will be responsible for the audit and reconciliation of the company inventories.
Job Responsibilities
1. Reports directly to the Assistant Manager for Logistics
2. Responsible for ensuring that the month end inventory balances are accurate, and with no difference and reconciled with the system record.
3. Coordinate and conduct a regular inventory count and audit of the main warehouse and the provincial MOA warehouses.
4. Reconcile actual stock balances against the stock count report and initiate required adjustment.
5. Liaise with distributors warehouse staff and the DSM’s and monitor the status of the deliveries to the MOA accounts.
6. Keeps track of the inventory balances of the MOA warehouses and prepare the transfer of stocks as necessary.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by their superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related course
- With at least minimum three years of related work experience in Logistics, inventory, warehousing in a product distribution company
- Highly organized, analytical and with high degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Have strong work ethics, professional attitude.
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Willing to accept work related provincial travels.
- Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
