This position is probationary and will support on inventory and monitoring of stocks.
LOCATION: CARMONA, CAVITE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To support the warehouse supervisor on inventory and monitoring of stocks.
2. To properly monitor all used parts being stored in the warehouse and other inventory matters.
Skills/Competencies Required

• Any Associate/Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics (Mechanical parts preferably)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or IFS) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail – Accuracy is crucial when recording inventory levels and counts.
• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage and keep track of various inventory items efficiently.
• Basic Math Skills – Necessary for calculating stock levels, reorders, and handling records.
• Physical Stamina – May need to lift or move heavy stock, depending on the nature of the job.
• Communication Skills – both written and verbal
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Time Management – Efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
