Critical Experience Required:

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions is a MUST
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI (preferred but not required)
• Experience in Netsuite is a plus
• Experience in supply chain management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field

Job Overview:
The Inventory Planner is responsible for monitoring and optimizing stock levels to meet business needs while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. This role involves analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and ensuring the efficient flow of products. The Inventory Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales ops & logistics, supply chain, and operations, to ensure accurate and timely availability of goods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and analyzing inventory reports, identifying discrepancies, and stock aging to provide insights into inventory efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and obsolescence.
• Regularly update stock levels in the inventory management system to ensure accurate data.
• Work with sales ops & logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure that inventory levels align with sales forecasts, production schedules, and customer demand.
• Assist in managing stock replenishment by determining when and how much inventory to reorder to avoid stockouts and to meet customer or production demands.
• Assist in analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to predict future inventory needs accurately.
• Assist in placing orders with suppliers and ensuring that purchase orders are aligned with the company's production or sales schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, transfers, and shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Create a Bill of Materials per SKU
• Assist in managing and reviewing COGS
• Review sales orders to ensure that both prices and quantities are accurate.
