Job Description

• Spearhead sales funnel process (from initial inquiry to After Sales)
• Lead, orient and guide production team members about the technicalities, complexities and processes related to project
• Effectively coordinate with affiliated departments for the project's actual production
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for assigned clients and projects
• Establish a clear and specific internal and external workflow and timelines

A few weeks ago, our team went to Kansai, Japan to finalize the launching of a global web app for a Fortune 500 giant in the automotive industry. Every time our team goes abroad, we always marvel at how people in developed nations live with dignity and efficiency. And every time we come home, we always ask why can’t the Philippines be one of them? Why can’t the Philippines break the chains of poverty and become a wealthy nation alongside its global peers?
History has shown us that developing technology is the best antidote to poverty. Singapore, Japan, South Korea and many other neighboring developed nations all followed the path of creating world-class technology to develop their own economies.
In a nation where the primary export is not goods and services but people in the form of OFWs, we also need to build our own technology as a nation so we can take a definite and concrete path to prosperity.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales or account management
• Above average written and oral communication skills; must have the ability to translate complex concepts to a structure understandable by laypeople.
• Must be capable of spearheading discussions and solutions ideation sessions relating to the technology (IT) industry.
• Must have the capability to influence decisions and directions of other people for the maximum benefit of the organization.
• Must adapt a mindset of being accountable and the owner of assigned leads and projects from negotiation to end of project
• Must have passion in spotting trends, adapting to new technology, and being up-to-date with the latest in the industry.
• Must be capable of professionally and sincerely collaborating with people from different walks of life. Must be able to seamlessly collaborate with members from other teams and departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
