IT Intern is responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to all end-users and IT infrastructure support.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions
• Assist network and hardware troubleshooting
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation
• Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems
• Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance
• Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops images for deployment.
• Other responsibilities as directed by team leader.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent.
• No work experience required
• With good communication skills
• Can work in an office-based set up
