Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions
- Assist network and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist in updating user and technical documentation
- Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems
- Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance
- Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops images for deployment.
- Other responsibilities as directed by team leader.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent.
- No work experience required
- With good communication skills
- Can work in an office-based set up
- With allowance daily
- Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
- Free Shuttle service (from Maingate)
- Free snacks and coffee
- Free monthly care kit (Sanitizer, Vitamins, Face mask, etc.)
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
