• Graduate of Information Technology and Computer Science or any related course
• With at leas 1-2 years experience in the IT Field
• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, applications, networks, printers and other peripheral devices as coordinated with head office IT Department
• Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults, and/or escalates appropriately to head office Department or vendor.
• Provides technical support across head office (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Maintains inventory of computer hardwares and softwares
• Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary
• Manages and coordinates for IT sercurities and risk management
• Coordinates forh Network User Accounts maintenance.
• Tests and recommends new technology
• Provides orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Coordinates for budgeting for IT investments and Expenses
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job functions.
• Salary is negotiable depends on expereince
