Job Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, develop, and formulate innovative personal care and cosmetic products to meet consumer demands.
- Stability Testing of existing and new prototypes to ensure the product’s stability before its market launching.
- Improve and refine existing product formulations to take the product to another level and improve performance.
- Ensure that all research and development procedures are documented
- Compile and comply necessary documentations and informations for FDA-related activities.
- Oversee and resolve issues during the entire production process.
- Assist in technology transfer from laboratory to production scale.
- Research and scout new raw materials and emerging market trends.
- Prepare presentations/lectures for monthly reporting to support continual learning.
- Perform other tasks relevant to the job description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy and a Valid PRC License
- Strong Organic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry Background
- Knowledge of Basic Formulation Concepts, Practices, and Techniques
- Excellent Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling
- Must be willing to participate in a one-month paid immersion program for assessment purposes.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
